Update for Jonathan Lewin Book typesetting style

Version: 3.0 - Scientific WorkPlace & Scientific Word

This update provides improvements to running headers and includes these changes:

• Table of Contents shows Chapters and Sections only; sub-sections removed.

• Appearance of second level bullet items.

To obtain the update,

1. Download the update file for the Jonathan Lewin book typesetting style from our ftp site.

2. Save the file as TCITeX/TeX/LaTeX/styledit/JLBOOK.STY in your SWP or SW program directory (usually c:\swp30 or c:\sw30).
