Centering front matter elements

Version: 2.5 - Scientific WorkPlace & Scientific Word

Q. My document has multiple authors. When I preview or print the document, the authors' names aren't properly centered. How can I fix this spacing problem?

A. This problem can occur for any front matter item that has two entries. To solve the problem:

1. Place the insertion point at the end of the first entry.

2. Press Enter.

3. Press F2.

4. From the Item Tag popup, choose Author.

5. Type the second entry.
