The mouse wheel doesn't work

Version: 4.x - Scientific WorkPlace, Scientific Word, & Scientific Notebook

Problem

Moving the mouse wheel has no effect in SWP, SW, or SNB.

Explanation

The mouse drivers on your system may be outdated.

Solution

Update your system with a newer mouse driver.

• Download the newest Microsoft mouse driver from http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/mouseandkeyboard/Download.mspx

• Download the newest Logitech driver from the download area at http://www.logitech.com
